Ownership · the owner’s journey

From the first conversation to the winner’s enclosure.

Owning a racehorse with us is a straightforward, managed process, with the Enclosure app keeping you close to your horse throughout.

The process

Six steps.

  1. 01

    A first conversation

We get to know you: what draws you to racing, what you'd like from ownership, and how involved you'd like to be.

  2. 02

    Finding the right horse

Our bloodstock network finds horses to suit your goals and budget, at auction or privately, with every choice backed by EquiAnalytix breeding and performance data.

  3. 03

    Getting started

We do the paperwork, register you with the racing authorities and introduce you to your trainer and their team. You confirm; we do the rest.

  4. 04

    Day to day

Care, vets, entries and travel are all managed for you by our team, and your monthly account arrives as one clear invoice.

  5. 05

    Staying in touch

Updates, photos, videos and voice notes from the yard in the Enclosure app, with race days, results and a chat for your horse. Your membership includes the EquiAnalytix platform too.

  6. 06

    Race day

Badges, hospitality, paddock access and travel are arranged. Your only job is to be there.

The owner’s experience

A day at the races.

Race day as an owner is unlike anything else in sport. Here’s what to expect when your horse runs.

  1. Arrival

    The owners' entrance

No queues. As an owner you come in through the owners' and trainers' entrance, where you're welcomed, given your badge and everything you need for the day.

  2. Before racing

    The owners' lounge

A private, catered room for connections: food, drinks and the feel of race day up close, alongside trainers, jockeys and other owners.

  3. Before the race

    Into the parade ring

For your horse's race you go down to the parade ring with the trainer as the horses walk round, and meet the jockey to talk through the plan: the going, the tactics, the race.

  4. The race

    The race

Find your spot and watch your horse run. Favourite or debutant, watching a horse you own race is like nothing else.

  5. After the race

    The debrief

Win or lose, the connections meet back in the parade ring for an honest debrief with the trainer and jockey: how the horse felt, what the race taught them and what comes next.
